During summer when the valley’s peaches, apricots, plums, nectarines, berries and cherries are plentiful we try to bottle as much of it as possible. We also do other fruits such as pears, Rhubarb and apples. On our produce shelves you might also find jams of all descriptions, from the traditional raspberry to the more exotic like apricot and saffron or plum and vanilla.
We also make assorted relishes and spreads from sandwich pickles, pickled olives, our own mustards, Harissa pastes, Gentle-woman’s relish and many more quirky combinations unique to the kitchens of the café.
